Is it safe for my baby?

Will it fit my baby?
It is built for 0–3 years. The hood opening is soft and unstructured, so it sits on a newborn's head as easily as on a toddler's — and because the arms lie on the floor rather than on the baby, size is far less fussy than a normal costume.
Is it soft and comfortable?
